Chris is an international teacher specializing in a strong dynamic vinyasa flow. Originally from Ireland, he has called London home for nearly 12 years, and uses it as his base to travel and teach around the world. Sessions with Chris are always fun and challenging. Tailored to the group to give you exactly what you need. You will be encouraged to explore, play and test your boundaries physically and mentally. He believes in our ability to take yoga and live it off the mat. To gain the beautiful benefits from our asana practice, but also to take those lessons we learn and apply them to how we live our lives.

Before finding yoga, his background in movement centered around rugby, martial arts and personal training. Originally coming to the practice to help relieve several injuries, Chris ended up coming back for the mental benefits, leaving each lesson happier and healthier than when he arrived. Yoga changed Chris’ life for the better, and he decided he needed to share this gift with everyone.

Chris has trained in Hatha, Vinyasa, Budokon, Ashtanga, Rocket Yoga and Acro Yoga with over 1000 hours of training thus far. Thanks go out to all his teachers including Cameron Shayne, David Kyle, Patrick Beach, Carling Harps, Briohny Smith, Dice Ida-Klein, Yoga Beyond, Pascal Weis, Erica Montes, and Ambra Vallo.
