Investment:

  • £3500 Early bird for the first 10 students to register (you must pay a deposit to secure your place)

  • £3800 Thereafter

Included in cost:

  • all training hours

  • all training equipment

  • 25 credits for yoga classes at Psycle London

  • mentoring throughout the course

  • all accommodation, food and airport transfers for the immersive component

  • 200 hour RYT certification on completion of exams

Not included:

  • Food, travel and accommodation in London

  • Flights to and from France (we will advise you on the flights to book on application)

Payment Plans:

£500 deposit required once your application has been accepted. Your place is not secure until this is paid.

Option 1: Pay in full

Option 2: Pay in two halves, after the deposit is paid, half the remaining balance will be due 3 months prior to starting the course, the remaining balance is due 2 weeks before the course commences (11th October 2019).

Option 3: Monthly payment plan. If you wish to break down your payments in smaller chunks over a longer period of time, please request this on your application and we will advise on a case by case basis. (please be advised we may not be able to cater to everyones needs).

This is a Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training course that will leave you confident in building and facilitating a range of Vinyasa Flow classes.

Throughout the duration of the course you will learn and discover the transformative power of yoga through practice, lecture, discussion and homework. The purpose of this course is to empower you and leave you with a strong foundation to pursue your yoga journey wherever it takes you.

Course Content:

  • Technique, training and practice (including Asana, pranayama, meditation & mantra)

  • Teaching methodology

  • Anatomy and physiology

  • Yoga history & philosophy

  • Lifestyle & Ethics

  • Practical Teaching Experience

  • Business of Yoga

Dates and commitment:

You must be able to commit to all the dates and times outlined below to be able to qualify for your 200 hour certification.  

You will be required to attend classes and assist classes in and around the training modules outlined below. You will also be required to complete homework and we expect all deadlines to be met without fail.

IMMERSIVE COMPONENT

Fridays: 6.30-10pm, Saturdays 1.30-9.30pm, Sundays 4.30-9pm
